Piskoviti Brig (Malo Rujno)

They were created for practical reasons, like the cemetery of Grebine, when many inhabitants died of cholera (unknown century) during summer grazing at Rujno. As Rujno is a two to three hour hike from the village cemetery on the coast, it was physically impossible to bury the dead in the latter. When the epidemic died off , both the mirilo site and the upland cemetery were abandoned. Only the toponyms Grebine and Mirila survived. Two fallen megalithic headstones are preserved. One bears a cross of interesting iconography, which is the only one such known. The three upper arms are three-branched, and the lower arm has a square tripod shape. This headstone should be protected in a museum because of its monumental nature and the decoration.
